Ayurveda is the science of life. Following Dinacharya and Rutucharya i.e. Swastha Chatushka, one can keep his health in peak. But if someone falls ill due to some reasons, Ayurveda can take the patient out from the disease by means of medicines and Panchakarma. Panchakarma like Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshan removes doshas from the body and thus, detoxifies the body. Proper medication as per body type helps to regain health.

Even though the concepts of Ayurveda are ancient, but these concepts are eternal. Thus, these principles of Ayurveda can be applied in this modern era also. There are many forms of medicines like swaras, kalka, kwath, phant which are used, but new forms of medicines along with pills, tablets, ark, aasav, etc. can also be used which are convenient to consume in this era also .

 

Panchakarma gives quick results for this fast lifestyle. Even painful joints get relaxed in one sitting of Agnikarma. One session of Nasya can reduce headache immediately. With Deepayantra and pressure, painful abdomen relaxes. So quick results can be achieved with appropriate Panchakarma.

 

For Chronic diseases also, Ayurveda has good solutions for better life. By improving lifestyle, regular Yoga, proper diet and medicines chronic diseases like Diabetes, High BP,  Arthritis, can be managed very well .
